Returns Policy

Standard goods will only be accepted for return within 10 days of receipt and prior agreement with us. It is important that you contact us first before sending back any goods.

If you would like to return a product it will be at your expense, unused and must be wrapped securely in the original packaging, as only products returned in ‘as new condition’ can be credited.

In some cases a handling charge may be imposed by the manufacturer which will include a restocking charge plus carriage charges for the outward journey. The refund of returned goods may take up to 14 working days before it is visible in your bank account.

Bespoke goods manufactured specially for a customer, some ‘made in the UK’ (aka made to order) and specially ordered products will not be eligible for return.

In addition to this, there are some manufacturers who do not accept quantity returns for example if you have ordered 3 or more of an item. Please bear this in mind before ordering. For bulk orders, we would usually recommend order 1 off to see if the item(s) suitable.

If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know at your earliest convenience and so we can confirm in writing this has been processed. We will do our best to assist you, however if your order has already been dispatched, you will then need to refer to our returns policy if your goods are no longer required.

Please note; Our manufacturers will not accept items for return that need to be collected from a different address to the delivery address.

Faulty items

If you receive damaged products please contact us straight away on 01278 783322 or email hello@workplacestuff.co.uk¬†and our customer services team will be in touch shortly. If it’s possible to attach a picture of the fault/damage to send across in an email, this will be very helpful and speed up the process significantly.

All products carry a minimum 12 month warranty, some have up to 10 year warranties and some now even have lifetime warranty.

We are primarily a business to business supplier, for all business transactions The Sale of Goods Act 1979 applies.

For Consumers purchasing for home use with delivery to your home address, The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations will also apply.

We will always try to help, even when products are out of warranty, however sometimes we are restricted by the manufacturers as to what we can offer you. If you need any help please do not hesitate to contact us.
