Our price promise guarantee applies to all products spanning across the entire website. In short, we endeavour to beat any UK price as long as the same product is concerned.

We will aim to get you the best price providing the following criteria is met;

• The price you are presenting includes carriage costs – these costs might not be apparent until the final ‘checkout’ stages. 9 out of 10 times a product may appear cheaper until these costs are factored in to the overall price.
• You must be asking us to price the exact same product with the same service conditions – all dimensions, add-ons/accessories and colours must be the same.
• Price match must be claimed prior to placing an order, we cannot provide refunds after the order has been placed.
• The product must be brand new and not used.
• You are responsible for providing us with the link to the product, quote or information to support your price match request.
• We do not match sellers auction or marketplace sites.
• We reserve the right to reject any price match request, if we feel your quoted prices are unverifiable or the sale terms are not identical.
