Our Rough Terrain pallet trucks have been specially designed to cope with the rigorous demands of the building, construction and hire industries. Manufactured with a strengthened steel frame, high capacity, increased lift height and improved stability for large loads, the rough terrain pallet truck is the ideal machine for moving palletised goods across uneven ground. Rough terrain pallet trucks can be used where other pallet trucks or forklifts cannot go, including rooftops, earthworks, construction sites and gardens.
Mini Rough Terrain Pallet Truck (TNV500T)
This is our brand new very lightweight and compact rough terrain hand pallet truck. It is ideal for handling pallets up to approx. 700 x 800mm and up to 500kg in weight. This is an ideal truck for handling small pallets, crates, containers etc. in gardens, garden centres, parks, farms, festivals and so on.
This Mini Rough Terrain Pallet Truck has forks which tilt when raised. This helps to prevent the load from sliding off the forks while under way.
The tilt is mechanical. The fork tips go up thanks to an angled top part of the mast.
This rough terrain pallet truck is available in two widths designed for 700mm or 800mm wide pallets.
The narrower truck version may not pick up some pallets and the wider truck version may not fit through some doors so please select the correct model from the drop-down menu above.

Very Heavy Duty Rough Terrain Pallet Truck (TNV1500S)
The TNV1500S is our heaviest duty manual rough terrain pallet truck. It maintains the full 1500kg capacity at 600mm load centre. This allows it to handle fully loaded pallets weighing up to 1.5t and 1.2 wide x 1.2m deep. It is very robust and can be supplied in any versions.
