One of the best examples of Returnable Transit Packaging (RTP) is our Plastic Pallet Collars, they convert 1200 x 1000mm pallets into strong and durable Pallet Boxes in seconds. Each Pallet Collar can flat pack to an 8:1 ratio making them perfect for storage as well as reducing transport costs between distribution centres and warehouses.
Manufactured from recycled polypropylene with 6 reinforced hinges make each pallet collar strong and durable. Ideal for making sure products and materials are secure when in transit. The interlocking design helps the pallet collars to easily clip to a pallet. Alongside this the folding mechanism helps to save storage space when not in use. In addition, the reinforced interlocking tabs and fewer working parts simply increases operational life and ultimately lower maintenance costs.
