Description
Our Isolation Tag Inserts help prevent the inadvertent energising of a system in part thanks to a 2-part perforated tag. Both parts are completed by the person in charge, with the top half of the tag attached to the isolation point and the bottom attached to the permit to work. Only when both parts are re-attached, the isolation can be classed as removed.
