Our Outdoor Ground & Grass Protection Locking Mats feature an excellent non-slip surface. Made from 100% recycled material, it offers an 85% void for excellent water permeation. These protection mats are unique amongst its competitors because of the ‘spring like’ elements within the grid, giving flexibility both horizontally and vertically. Simple to install and requires no costly groundworks. Lay on top of any grassed area, connect together and it can be driven on immediately.Â
Alternatively, you can back-fill with pea shingle or decorative stone for a variety of finishes. The tile construction improves vehicle traction and prevents rutting. After two to three months of a grass growing season, this matting is almost invisible.
- Supplied as 1m² kits which includes 4 x pre-joined 500mm interlocking tiles & 4 x fixing pegs.
- Each tile has 2 x male edges and 2 x female edges.
- Additional fixing pegs can be supplied if necessary, bags of 300 are available, or 20p + VAT per peg.
- Male and female ramped edges are available (see the ‘Option’ dropdown above).
