There’s no use having a salt spreader if you haven’t got anything in place to protect the contents. During poor weather conditions more often than not associated with winter; the salt will get wet and start to clump if exposed to rain/snow. A Rain Cover for SW35-C Salt Spreader helps to keep the salt/grit within the hopper dry to prevent the spreader from clogging up, resulting in salt not being distributed evenly.
