If you’re looking to introduce traffic measures but don’t want anything solid; these Flexible Traffic Posts – Highway are ideal. Ideally used to separate lanes of traffic into single file or to guide vehicles around a temporary obstruction, the posts have a link joint in them which enables them to recover quickly, even if hit or run over multiple times.
Constructed from anti-aging red polyethylene, the posts are also fitted with a white retro reflective sleeve which ensures they are visible day and night. BS 873 Part 8 des. 1 standards are conformed to with this self-righting post. With regards to installation, the flexible post can be easily fitted in ‘cats eyes’ or alternatively, a circular black base made from recycled materials can be purchased and either fixed to road surface with bolts or adhesive.
